Valentina opened the doors in 2019with one oven, her grandmother's recipe book, and a simple belief: a neighborhood deserves bread baked with care.
What started as a tiny counter with three kinds of pan dulce and a stovetop espresso pot has become a Jamaica Avenue fixture — the place you stop on your way to work, bring your kids on Saturday, and order the tres leches for every birthday.
